Shipping Policy

We currently ship to most countries within Europe and North America. Orders are fulfilled and shipped via our trusted print-on-demand partner.

Estimated delivery time:

• Europe and North America: 4-9 business days
• Other: 5-12 business days

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email.

Please note: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers or customs.

14-Day Cancellation Right
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason, wherever you are located. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party you nominate, other than the carrier) receive the poster. To cancel, email us at archiode.info@gmail.com with a clear statement of your decision before the period expires. (If you are a consumer in the EU, this reflects your statutory right of withdrawal; we extend the same terms to all our customers.)

How to Return Your Order

1. Email us at archiode.info@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your poster to let us know you want to cancel.
2. We will reply to confirm and send you our return address.
3. Pack the poster carefully in its original packaging (e.g. the original tube or flat mailer) so it is protected during transit. You are responsible for the poster until it reaches us.
4. Send it back within 14 days of notifying us, using a carrier of your choice. We strongly recommend a shipping method with track & trace, and that you keep your proof of postage.
5. The direct cost of returning the item is your responsibility.

Refunds
We will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs (excluding any extra cost if you chose a delivery option more expensive than our cheapest standard option), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your cancellation. We may withhold the refund until we have received the poster back, or until you provide proof that you have sent it, whichever comes first. Refunds are made using the same payment method you used, at no extra cost to you. You are only liable for any reduced value of the poster resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and  characteristics 

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items 

if your poster arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us at archiode.info@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. You do not need to return the poster. Once we have confirmed the problem from your photos, we will ship you a replacement free of charge, or issue a full refund if you prefer. There are no shipping costs for you in this case.
